I've always wanted to feel the untouchable, but I could never tell if those energetic intuitions were just a fantasy. With all my hesitation I went and booked an appointment with Justin Calderara at Authentic Energy Healing. Entering with zero expectations, Justin explained the process of clearing and balancing chakras associated with Reiki Energy.
At the start of our appointment we discussed my goals, hopes, doubts and fears. I was able to choose crystals that I intuitively approached. He spoke about the healing properties of each, how they potentially aligned within myself, and then used them to increase the benefits of our session. The process of our Reiki session included deepening and heightening of senses through a process of meditation, a chakra clearing and crystal energy healing.
I awoke from a meditative state feeling relaxed and energetically shaken. The sensation lasted for several weeks (as explained by Justin). The power of energy connected to your mind was abundant, as moments of my history continued to surface. Not only during these weeks, did I feel a release in energy, but personally I felt the release of my past trauma. I gained courage and laughter in moments when all I experienced were fear and tears. The feeling was surreal, a little nerve shaking, but personally undeniable.
Justin was always available to help me process what I was going through, even after our session. He is extremely compassionate, free of judgement, and made me feel as though my doubts were valid, which actually allowed my body and mind the chance to heal. I wasn’t sure what to expect from my Reiki session with Justin. Truth be told I was very anxious, but as soon as I met with him and had my initial meeting I was absolutely sure I was in the right place with the right person.
